The apartment needs a deep clean, with mold in the shower and some critters under the TV. Despite that, the place still glows like a Gold Coast sunset.

No convienent store walking distance from the location - need a car to get to the nearest shops

This hotel was a great experience from the beginning! I had a spacious 2-bedroom room with views of both the mountains and the city skyline. The kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery and bowls and very roomy. It was located in a quiet area but so close to everything. The hotel facilities were wonderful, including the swimming pool and BBQ area. Transportation was easy to find, and there were plenty of food places and shops nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Loved the view of the golf course and canal and mountains from the 7th floor. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

Out of the 3 of us we could not get the digital hot plates on the stove to work.

We love the location of this hotel - it’s in a quiet area but still so close to everything. And the views of the mountains are simply breathtaking! Plus, the apartments are incredibly spacious, with big bedrooms and bathrooms that make you feel right at home.

The lack of food facilities is a letdown. It would be nice to have a simple breakfast option available, without having to leave the hotel and drive around unfamiliar suburbs.

For the price we paid there should be more facilities, this was a a quick overnight yet we were given a room to sleep 4. There seemed to be plenty of other apartments that were empty. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, however there are no amenities and the closes shop is a drive away. Someone else parked in our car space and it was late at night so we did not know who to contact. The towels in the room had hair stuck to them and the en suite shower would not run hot water. The radisson down the road would be a better option. Will not return.

Air conditioning dripped on carpet. Manager did not seem concerned. No hair dryer or cutting board! These items should be standard! Manager said there should be. Hair dryer in apartment but com podium says deposit and hire fee of $10 how ridiculous!

every thing was very good and tidy, the view was relaxing, will definitely come back

we stayed 4 days, not enough detergent stuff for the washing mashine and the dish washer we had to go buy some, the dryer was so old and made a very noisy sound, there was one room without air conditioning which was too hot, we couldnt find the spa pool. we didnt know about the cafe/restaurant facilities available until the last day.

Quiet location, not far from all amenities, good size everything we needed to hand.

Only issue i had was the showers they were enormous but had little if any pressure from the water, otherwise really good all round.

Great Location, Quiet Surroundings, Beautiful Views

The location of this apartment was fantastic, within walking distance to a variety of amenities including a stunning beach and a big shopping centre. We loved the peaceful surroundings, far away from the noise of the city. The view from the balcony overlooking the golf course was absolutely gorgeous. the apartment was very spacious.

The apartment was not well maintained with several broken appliances and utensils. We were also disappointed that we had to purchase our own toilet paper and dishwashing detergent when we ran out.

No services during the stay

The breeze on the level we were on.

No fly screens so windows had to be closed. Kids had no ac. There were no contact numbers to reach management unless you used your own mobile. There were no relevant phamlets with regards to things to do. No dustpan, no vacuum, and batteries from smoke detectors had been removed.
